The Lion truck Racing driver has already scored 14 points after only two races at the Misano Truck Grand Prix (IT) and is 8th in the official FIA ranking alongside the European Top Teams.
After a collision at the start of race 1 and several race incidents, the team took advantage of a red flag to urgently return to the pit and change the damaged wheel to allow its driver to resume the race start. A winning bet for the team car car Anthony Janiec finished 6th, a result that ensured him the 2nd row on the grid of the next race.
Anthony Janiec made a good start in race 2 and stayed in second place for 10 laps with Adam Lacko and Jochen Hahn on the heels, the battle was intense between the three champions and the Lion Truck Racing driver brilliantly secured third place on the podium ahead of Jochen Hahn.
However, the axle of the racing truck was too damaged due to the collision at the start of race 1 and the team decided not to participate in races 3 and 4.
Anthony Janiec is in the Top 10 of the FIA ranking and the team is already preparing for the 2nd round of the FFSA French Championship on the Nogaro Circuit on June 9 and 10.
